Our Owners Story

Nuremedy Wellness was created by Monekka Thomas, a certified Nurse Practitioner with experience in a variety of patient care including aesthetics, primary care, urgent care, pain management, and more. She has advanced training and experience in non-surgical techniques for facial harmonization, as well as a strong passion for aesthetics and regenerative medicine. However, her greatest love is helping others feel beautiful. 

Monekka likes to think of aesthetic and integrative medicine as a form of art and her patients as her canvas that she’s fine tuning. Thanks to her love of aesthetics – what she likes to call “Happy Medicine” – Monekka is always learning the newest trends for her patients. If you see her on the computer or reading a good book, chances are high that she is researching even more ways to improve her craft and make people happy!

Learning has always been a large part of Monekka’s life, which is why she has continued the practice in her business venture. She believes that in order to provide the best treatment from nurse to patient, everyone needs to understand their skin and how varying wellness techniques may impact it.
